On Monday we carved pumpkins for family night. Jack and I cleaned out the pumpkins before Jared got home from work. He then carved the pumpkins with Jack while Kate and I watched.
For our "treat" we had sugar cookie ice cream sandwiches that I made during naps. We thought they were pretty good, Jack took a little taste and then tore it apart. He asked for some fruit snacks instead... :)

I would have loved the sugar cookie ice cream sandwich. Feel free to make them again at Thanksgiving! ;)
I just realized that we haven't carved ours yet. I guess it will have to be done tomorrow on Halloween. Those are cute faces.
