(I know this post is a bit late - but I couldn't leave out our last camping trip of the summer!).
For Labor Day weekend we went camping with my family to Little Grass Reservoir (about a 3 hr. drive north of Sacramento). We went with my parents and two of my sisters and their families. We had lots of fun swimming across the lake, going on bike rides, playing games, and cliff jumping (until we were told to stop...)! The kids got SO dirty... Jack just loved being able to play in the dirt all day long!! It was nice to have my parents trailer because I was able to give Jack a bath just about every night (I was able to get one two which was REALLY nice!!) My parents even let Jack sleep in the trailer so I didn't have to worry about him getting cold at night (which I would have and then wouldn't have gotten ANY sleep). Anyway, it was a great last camping trip of the season! (We LOVE camping!)Jack waking up in the morning SO warm and happy!
Mom and Dad at dinner - is my dad cutting my mom's meat?... interesting.
The lake we swam across (I won't mention how the girls TOTALLY beat the guys back... they had to "rest" a bit before they headed back.
Jared playing chubby bunny where he took 2nd place -
Jared and Jackie playing California speed... you can tell how intense the game is because they won't sit down - Jackie, I hate to say, is undefeated...
A friendly game of Cranium - my favorite!
Our lovely cliff jumping pictures -

Hangin out at camp -
Lookin a little like "white trash" in front of the local general store.
I love this picture of the boys together. Tucker is throwin webs, and Jack kept trying to "get" Taylor -although Taylor is bigger, he's afraid of Jack because "Jack bite"!
And of course, the dirt... how Jacks face got this dirty, I don't know, but he looks like he's wearing his "war paint".

Wow that looks like fun! I like the trailer idea... and love the WT picture in front of the store - babies in diapers, gotta love it! And Jack's dirty face is hilarious!! Oh how fun!
Very adorable!! You are great at blogging...you need to teach me some of your tricks. I can't figure out how to position pictures like you and frame them.
I guess I worry too much about everything looking cute! Thanks for the entertainment. Jack is a doll!
Good job capturing the trip. Love the pic of the boys, not so much the pic of me sprawled out across the blanket... but I do like how you are conviniently placed in the back even though you should be front and center.
FOR REAL! Amen Jackie. The skinny one should be in the front, although your legs are hot girl. That pic of Taylor and Jack by the bike totally looks like they have been drugged. Hilarious.
