Yesterday was Jack's 2nd birthday and I still can't believe I have a 2 year old! It's gone by SO fast (too fast, it makes me sad). We celebrated his birthday on Saturday with our families. It was a train themed birthday party - centered around Thomas the Tank (aka Tommy in Jack's words). He LOVED the train cake and after he blew out the candles he pointed to each car saying "that one, that one, that one" meaning he wanted them. Not to eat of course (because he is such a picky eater), but to play with.
It was so fun to have both our families (the ones who were close enough to come anyway) to celebrate and make it a special day for Jack. He is such a lucky boy to have so many people who love him. I feel so blessed to have this little guy in our family.

And P.S. I miss you guys! No really I do... Jack called me 3 times last week & left long garbled "background noise" messagese too (obviously he accidently called) It made me smile!

The train cake turned out so cute! It was fun to be there for the end of it! I wish we could have made it sooner. He is one cute little boy! Happy birthday Jack!

Wow! I can't believe that little guy is 2! Looks like the best birthday party Jack could ever ask for! What ever happened to the train cake? Did it have to disappear when Jack wasn't watching? lol. wish I was there to celebrate!!
