"Auf Wiedersehen Scout!

Story of the Scout: It has been a thorn in our side almost since the day we were married! We thought it could be a "fun" car to have, maybe take up to the mountains, a good extra car, etc. Little did we know the work (work being an understatement) that would need to go into it. Jared use to refer to the Scout as "piece of crap". He's too kind. If you've ever thought it might be cool to own a Scout, talk to Jared before going out and picking one up--he'd be happy to talk some sense into you. He has spent many days of our married life working on it just so that we could get rid of it. Alas the day has come! Some poor misguided soul from St. George came and took it off our hands this weekend! Good riddens! We didn't get what we were asking for it - or even what we've put into it, for that matter. But, we're just glad that it is gone! Mr. Heep-o-junk Scout, we hope your new owner finds more joy in you than we have.
