The other day we were sitting in the living room getting ready for naps. Baby Kate was sleeping on the couch and Jack ran over to her and started singing "Twinkle, Twinkle", he then ran over and got one of his books and started reading to her. It was the cutest thing! He's such a sweet little boy (when he's not being a crazy 2 year old!!)
"Chugga-chugga choo choo.....(not understandable) city - round mountains. High steep, chugga chugga, round city - high steep, through tunnel, high steep, high steep, high steep....."
I thought this was pretty cute too! Jack LOVES his trains... he saw baby Kate sleeping in her craddle and decided that she needed to have ALL his trains in with her while she slept. (Don't worry, I was in the room watching making sure none of them landed on her head...). :)

Kate is such a sleeper (knock on wood a hundred times!!!) which has been good for me because Jack needs so much attention right now (and disipline and love and time and and and...). She is just such a peaceful little girl. I can't wait to see her little personality come out!
The other day Jared and Jack were playing catch before bed. Jack was throwin' really well and so I grabbed the camera. Then this happened and we died laughing! I'm not sure where he got this from cause I'm pretty sure he never saw Jared do this...
We had a great 4th with Jared's family in Modesto! Jack and Kate looked so cute in there red white and blue (thanks to Aunt Jen) that I wanted to get a picture of them together - it didn't really work out. Jack could not get the concept of holding on to his sister - not to mention letting go of the sticks, and Kate decided to wake up for the first time that day and cry.

Oh my goodness- she is so sweet.
And I love the trains in her crib.
It's so sweet to see the way the babies interact with each other isn't it?
Congrats. Kate is so beautiful. We are happy things are going well.
Oh that's so cute he put the trains in with her! Love it! They are adorable together. I love how she sucks on her fingers... and I'm SO GLAD she's sleeping for you!!! :)
Cindy! We need to get together one of these days now that you are back in Sacramento!
I had Wendy at Blue Lily photography take those pics when she was in town...check out her website, I think she's coming back in August.
Your kids are adorable, by the way!
I guess I haven't looked at your blog in a while. Jack is so funny. I love his story telling to Kate. Maybe I'll make it over there this week if I can manage to not blow out tires!
