The Things Jack Says

I've been thinking for a while now that I need to write down all the words Jack has been saying. He seemed to be a late talker (although I never doubted he could) I believed he was just waiting until the right moment. Then once he started... he just kept saying more and more and surprises me all the time with what he knows. It's still hard to understand everything he says because he leaves out some sounds (like the letter s - he says "moke" for smoke or "nake" for snake) and sometimes I have to think really hard at what he's trying to tell me. I started a list today and we've counted 98 words! I think that's incredible! He actually will repeat more words than that, these are words he just says on his own or he'll say when we point to something. Some of my favorites are:
-ad (sad, while pointing to a picture of a train crying in a book)
-chaco (chocolate, pointing to a box of Sees candy on the table)
-hungy (hungry, pulling me into the kitchen over to his highchair)
-amen (perfectly and loudly after a prayer is said)
-backy baw (basket ball)
-booger (pointing to a booger that is in his nose)
-rip (as I'm trying to wrap presents not paying attention and he's ripping pages out of a book)
-nack (snack, as he's pointing to his tray in the stroller)
-nakey, nakey (naked, as he runs around giggling with no shirt on rubbing his belly)
Jack has a couple favorites too! These are words that he says over and over because he LOVES them:
choo-choo
binky, binky, binky
moon
He is such a fun kid!

Oh that's so fun Cindy! He is too cute! Again, he and Robby are so alike! Both "late" talkers but now Robby's unstoppable! I haven't counted but it seems like he just says everything! It's so fun! Wish we could get them together sometime soon! And you look great, ps!

He is such a fun kid and has lots of personality like his mama! I enjoyed watching him, and couldn't believe how much he is saying!
